ITEM 14-MURAL GUIDELINES REPORT <br /> Superintendent Hartman explained that when the Commission brought the <br /> approval of the mural guideliiies to City Council, the Council had many <br /> questions and asked for further clarification regarding the process. <br /> With the assistance of Charles Jany, a chart was developed showing the <br /> process someone would follow to have a mural approved. The <br /> Commissioners reviewed the draft chart and had comments/suggestions on <br /> the document. It was suggested that the sub-committee meet again to review <br /> and refine the process. <br /> M/S Filippi/Piulle: To extend the meeting to 10:00pm. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> ITEM 15- 1996 ANNUAL ART CONTEST <br /> M/S Piulle/Filippi: To select "My Favorite Pet/Animal" as the theme for the <br /> 1996 Annual Art Contest. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> -Commissioner Filippi asked that Donna Weiher of Music for Minors be <br /> invited to speak at the February meeting. He also wanted to insure that <br /> groups we grant funds to are notified before they get their money that they are <br /> to provide seven tickets to the Commission for their event. <br /> The regular meeting of the Civic Cultural Commission was adjourned at <br /> 9:55pm to be reconvened at 7:OOpm on Thursday, February 1, 1996 to be held at <br /> the Community Activities Building, 1400 Roosevelt Avenue, Redwood City, <br /> ` California. <br />
