Civic Cultural Comm�ssion Page S <br /> Minutes of May 23, 1996 <br /> TTEM 7-CIVIC CULTURAL COMMISSION ACCEPTANCE OF REPORT <br /> AND RESPONSE <br /> M/S Distefano/Redington: To accept the report from DES Architects and ask <br /> that Steve Penna remain as chair. <br /> The motion was re-stated. <br /> M/S Distefano/Redington: To accept the report as presented this evening. <br /> Motion passed unanimously. <br /> M/S Distefano/Redington: To recommend to the School District that Steve <br /> Penna be named as chair of the Carrington Hall Committee. <br /> Steve Penna stated he would accept the appoinhnent if approved. <br /> Motion passed unanimously. <br /> TTEM 8-SEQUOIA UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT C0112ME1V'I'S <br /> Rafael Ramirez, representing the Sequoia Union High School District, said he <br /> could not make any comments or commitments on the financial aspects of <br /> the presentation this evening. He will relate this information to the Board of <br /> Trustees for further action. <br /> The special meeting of the Civic Cultural Commission was adjourned at <br /> 9:35pm to be reconvened at 7:OOpm on Thursday, June 6, 1996 to be held at the <br /> Library Community Room, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California. <br />
