Civic Cultural Commission Page 6 <br /> Minutes of April 3, 1997 ° <br /> Motion passed. <br /> The City Clerk will be notified of the date change. <br /> M/S Distefano/Britschgi: To request that the Commission send a letter to the <br /> Villa Hotel to request lodging for the Navy Band. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> -Superintendent Centeno reported that Vintage Musical Theater had earned <br /> enough at their performance to donate $500.00 to the Carrington Hall <br /> Restoration fund. The Sequoia Key Club donated $3,000.00 to this same fund. <br /> -Commissioner Britschgi will contact Manager Julie Hannon regarding arts <br /> activities at Make-A-Circus. <br /> -Superintendent Centeno asked the Commission to listen to a presentation <br /> regarding teen band concerts at the May meeting. The chairperson of the <br /> Youth Advisory Council was asked to attend the meeting. <br /> The regular meeting of the Civic Cultural Commission was adjourned at <br /> 9:10pm to be reconvened at 7:OOpm on Thursday, May 1, 1997 to be held at the <br /> Community Activities Building, 1400 Roosevelt Avenue, Redwood City, <br /> California. <br />
