Civic Cultural Commission July 10, 1997 � <br /> Minutes 6 <br /> Commissioner Piulle reported on her participation in the selection process for <br /> the New Library Director and an all female dance troupe she enjoyed on her <br /> Alaskan cruise. <br /> Commissioner Distefano reported on her participation in the 4th of July Parade. <br /> The Chairperson congratulated her on being selected Parade Grand Marshall. <br /> Commissioner Redington shared that he had attended the Jefferson Avenue <br /> Underpass Groundbreaking and was a judge for the Mayor's Beautification <br /> Awards. <br /> Commissioner Saye reported on his attendance at the Studio S performance at <br /> Canada College. <br /> Commissioner Filippi reported on the Commission's participation in the <br /> Redwood City 4th of July Parade. <br /> M/S Redington/Piulle: To send a letter of thanks to Bill Mann, 1101 <br /> Broadway, Redwood City, for use of his cars in the parade. <br /> Motion passed unanimously. <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> None <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> M/S Redington/Piulle: To adjourn the meeting at 9:55 p.m. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> The regular meeting of the Civic Cultural Commission was adjoumed at <br /> 9:55 p.m., to be reconvened on Thursday, August 7th, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. at <br /> the Community Activities Building, 1400 Roosevelt Avenue, Redwood City, <br /> California. <br />
