APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MIS: GREENALCHISTANGEl TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY MEETING OF AUGUST 3, 1992 AS SUBMITTED <br /> CARRIED BY UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE WITH DIRECTOR CLAIRE ABSTAINING <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. RD 92-031 <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> Mark Bartholomew, 426 Hilton, Redwood City, requested that the Council <br /> approve the vacation of Beech Street, and described his efforts over the <br /> last year and a half to have the City or Redevelopment Agency abate this <br /> nuisance, advising that nothing had been done. Mr. Bartholomew stated that <br /> in June he was advised by the City Attorney to refile his application and go <br /> through the process again. Mr. Bartholomew requested a public hearing for <br /> this policy decision that the Redevelopment Agency should make. Counc il man <br /> Murray advised that the Directors had not been advised of this situation <br /> before, and asked that Mr. Bartholomew provide detailed written information <br /> to them so they could study it before responding to Mr. Bartholomew's <br /> request. Mr. Bartholomew agreed to provide the information requested. <br /> Mayor la Berge advised that Acting City Manager light would contact Mr. <br /> Bartholomew.
