Civic Cultural Comm,ission Page 3 <br /> Minutes of No vember 4, 1999 <br /> ITEM 3 - EVALUATION OF CULTURAL EVENTS HELD OVER THE PAST 30 <br /> DAYS <br /> The Commissioners attended the following cultural events held over the past <br /> 30 days: <br /> Commissioner Schenone - she has been rehearsing with 80 children for the <br /> upcoming Northstar production of °American Sampler" which will be held <br /> November 5 and 6 at McKinley School; she also attended the opera <br /> Chairperson Redington - Candidates' Forum at Carrington Hall <br /> Items for December agenda: <br /> -Community Development Director Deborah Nelson <br /> -PCS Report <br /> -Finalize art contest theme <br /> -Look at sub-committee assignments due to Commissioner Pierce leaving <br /> -Tis the Season Update <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> -Commissioner Schenone will be at the Tis the Season Holiday Parade with <br /> Northstar students; Commissioners Del Carlo and Pierce plan to attend also. <br /> The regular meeting of the Civic Cultural Commission was adjourned at <br /> 9:05pm to be reconvened at 7:OOpm on Thursday, December 2, 1999 at the <br /> Community Activities Building, 1400 Roosevelt Avenue, Redwood City, <br /> California. <br />
