APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular Meeting of September 21, 1992 <br /> I <br /> - MIS: BUCHANIBURY TO APPROVE SUBJECT MINUTES AS SUBMITTED <br /> MOTION CARRIED BY UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE. <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. RD 92-034 <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A. Carl Kriletitch, 70 Foss Drive, Redwood City, referred to a flyer <br /> announcing the demolition of the old Whipple Lodge and asked why it was <br /> not being used for shelter until the time the City had actual plans for <br /> new buildings on that property. <br /> Directors Buchan and Bury explained that the building was absolutely <br /> uninhabitable and could not be renovated, and the neighbors who fought <br /> so hard to rid their neighborhood of the blight and illegal activities at <br /> the site supported the immediate demolition to avoid further problems. <br /> The Directors advised that plans for the site are already in motion. <br /> - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - <br /> 3.
