She suggested waiting until September when the new <br /> commissioners are here and new sub-committee assignments have been <br /> made before making any recommendations. <br /> ,,,: <br /> Pub��ie e4rt Ordinance <br /> Each�of the Commissioners received a draft copy of Art in Public Ptace <br /> Program document prepared by Communtty Development Department staff. <br /> Commissioner 8ritschgi stated that due to changes in membership of the <br /> sub-committee, new committee members will need to be assigned from the <br /> Cuitural Commission and Pianning Commission before any recommendations <br /> can be made. She asked if there were any comments on this document to <br /> piease forward to her. <br /> -Strategic Pian Update <br /> Commissioner Del Carlo reported that the committee met on 7uly 19 wtth a <br /> consuitant to help develop a questionnaire that would be sent to all <br /> department staff. Superintendent Centeno explained the history of the <br /> steering committee and the process they were following in developing a <br /> department strategic pian. <br /> �EM 3 — STATUS OF STAN�01tD U�YVEitSIYY DIGIT ART PROGRAM <br /> Superintendent Centeno reported that she has left messages for Professor <br /> Niemeyer, but has not been able to reach him to obtain a report on the <br /> program. <br />
