ORIGIIVAL <br /> AMENDMENT TO <br /> GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT TO USE SPACE <br /> (Former Sewage Treatment Plant Site — Dealer Parking Group) <br /> This Amendment to Grant of Revocable Permit to Use Space ("Permit <br /> Amendment"), effective as of , 2013, is made by and between the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") and the Carlsen Subaru, Carlsen Porsche, Toyota 101 and <br /> Boardwalk Motors c/o Charlie Burton (collectively, "Permittee"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Pursuant to the provision of Resolution No. 14229 of the Council of the <br /> City, adopted May 21, 2001, the City granted to Permittee a Revocable Permit to Use <br /> Space dated as of May 23, 2001, for the purpose of storing Permittee's new vehicle <br /> inventory ("Revocable Permit"). <br /> B. Effective as of September 2009, the City and Permittee agreed to a <br /> "Monthly Permit Fee" of$3,000.00 for the Revocable Permit; and <br /> C. The City and Permittee desire to amend the Revocable Permit to reflect a <br /> temporary reduction in area permitted for use by Permittee, as set forth below. <br /> PERMIT <br /> The Revocable Permit is amended as follows: <br /> 1. Recitals; Capitalized Terms. The foregoing recitals are incorporated by <br /> reference into this Permit Amendment. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise <br /> defined shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Revocable Permit. <br /> 2. Temporary Reduction of Subiect Premises. <br /> (a) Reduction Period.
