Should the Excluded Premises be available for recapture prior <br /> to the Reduction Expiration Date, the Reduction Expiration Date may be revised <br /> to an earlier date by written letter agreement executed by Charlie Burton and the <br /> City Manager. <br /> (b) Reduced Subject Premises. The Subject Premises consists of <br /> approximately 2.5 acres or 108,900 square feet. During the Reduction Period, <br /> the Subject Premises shall be reduced by approximately 22,592 square feet, <br /> comprising approximately 20.7% reduction in the Subject Premises ("Excluded <br /> Premises"). The Revocable Permit shall continue in full force and effect as to <br /> the remainder of the Subject Premises, which the City and Permittee agree <br /> consists of approximately 86,308 square feet ("Remaining Premises"). All <br /> references in the Revocable Permit to the Subject Premises shall mean the <br /> Remaining Premises during the Reduction Period. The Excluded Premises and <br /> Remaining Premises are as depicted in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. Upon expiration of the Reduction Period, <br /> Permittee shall recapture the Excluded Premises and the entire Subject <br /> Premises shall be available for Permittee's use consistent with the Revocable <br /> Permit. <br /> (c) Adjusted Monthly Permit Fee. During the Reduction Period, the <br /> Monthly Permit Fee of the Revocable Permit shall be reduced by 20.7% to <br /> $2,379.00 per month.
