,� ,�a <br /> �<' �,:,:,�/ <br /> portions of the Subject Premises not then in use by Permittee hereunder. <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing, from time to time during the period which this <br /> permit is in effect, City may request Permittee to relocate its construction <br /> equipment or other movable property placed by Permittee, in, upon or other the <br /> Subject Premises for the purpose of facilitating City's use of adjoining spaces or <br /> areas within the general area described as the Subject Premises. In the event <br /> City requests Permittee to so relocate its property, and Permittee fails or refuses <br /> to do so, City may do so at Permittee's cost and expense. In such event, City <br /> may relocate said equipment or property to another area within the general area <br /> designated as the Subject Premises. <br /> 4. IMPROVEMENTS. Permittee shall not make, nor cause to be made, <br /> nor allow to be made, alternations or improvements to the Subject Premises <br /> (including the installation of any fixture affixed to the Subject Premises) without <br /> the prior written consent of City's City Manager. All improvements or alternations <br /> constructed or installed shall be removed and the Subject Premises restored to <br /> substantially the same condition existing prior to such construction or installation, <br /> upon the termination hereof unless the prior written approval of City's City <br /> Manager is secured allowing such improvements or alternations to remain in <br /> place, in which case, title thereto shall vest in City. <br /> 5. IGN .
