City Attorney advised <br />that a conference had been held on this date (July 6th) calling for bids and would <br />be published the following day, that the bids would be opened at the first meeting <br />in August and award made at that meeting. Appraisal to be secured prior to that <br />meeting. <br />LETTER FROM CITY MANAGER OF JUNE 24th INFORMED THE COUNCIL OF EMERALD LAKE WATER SITUA- <br />TION. Complaints had been received, condition seemed to be acute in this area. <br />Mayor asked that a committee of three work on this and be authorized to work with <br />the Emerald Lake District. He appointed Councilman Morgan to work with City Manager <br />Rolison and City Engineer Jain and meet with representatives of the Emerald Lake <br />District, seconded by Councilman Spillers, and carried. <br />CLAIMS Nos. 3896 to 3975 inclusive, in the amount of 09,799.91, having been checked in <br />detail were submitted for payment. Councilman Granger moved that claims be paid, <br />seconded by Councilman Spillers, and carried. <br />RESOLUT?ON No. 595. City Auditor's request for transfer of funds earlier in the meeting <br />Tras at this time put in form of resolution, Councilman Granger offered resolution <br />and moved adoption, seconded by Councilman Spillers, and carried on roll call. <br />Councilman Britschgi noted absent. <br />.a <br />R E S O L U T I O N No . 595 <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING PERMISSION TO TRANSFER FUNDS FRONS THE UNBUDGETED <br />-' RESERVE AND BETWEEN ACCOUNTS IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE ANIMAL <br />SHELTER. <br />RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered that the City Treasurer transfer the <br />following from the Unbudgeted Reserve. <br />Planning Commission $ 4.72 <br />Clerk -Treasurer, Supplies & Services 2.00 <br />Police Judge, Capital Outlay 2.91 <br />6.
