Mayor Hilton <br />reported that Councilman 1vicNulty was ill and in the hospital. <br />APPROVAL OF MINTJTES: Minutes of the meeting of February 2nd and special meeting of <br />February 6th were ordered approved on motion of Councilman Werder, seconded by <br />Councilman Swift, as mailed and carried. <br />LETTER FROM AI,!DR1131 SPLNAS, ST)PERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS, REQUESTED PORTIONS OF HILTON STREET <br />AND W1LLO1V STREET BE CLOSED as shown on accompanying map as all of Block 5, <br />Stambaugh Street addition and Lots 3A. 3B, 3C, and 3D of adjoining block are being <br />acquired by and will be added to the Hoover School site. J. M. <br />Cleminshau, Company may consider working with City jointly to complete this assess- <br />ment for about q1350.
