CouncilmanMcNulty noted absent. <br />RESOLUTION No. 54.1 <br />RESCINDING RESOLUTION ATo. 538 <br />JHEREAS Resolution No. 538, authorizing the condemnation of certain real <br />property for a sews e disposal system, was duly and regularly adopted on the 2nd <br />day of February, 1948; and <br />ITHEREAS the City Engineer and City Manager of the City of Redwood City have <br />advised that a portion of saga property is not needed for the said purposes as set <br />forth in said resolution; <br />NOW, Th!4EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 538 be, and the same is <br />nereby, rescinded. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular <br />meeting thereof held on the lbtn day of February, 1948, by the following vote: <br />AYES, and in favor of the Massage and adoption of the foregoing Resolution: <br />Councilmen: BRi1l'SCr1GI, GRANGER, HOLi,;QUiST, SWIFT, 1ERD-ER and Mayor HILTON. <br />NOES, Councilmen: N014E <br />ABSENT, Councilmen: IMONUL` I. <br />ATTEST: <br />RALPH S.
