<br />corporation of the State of California, of an easement in, over, under and along
<br />the following described property:
<br />A parcel of land in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of
<br />California, being' a strip of land 10.00 feet wide and lying along and Southerly of
<br />the Mortherly line of the proposed Bays'iore Freeway (as shown on Sheets 22 & 23 of
<br />Sayshore Freeway Right of Way Maps for IV S.1-4. b8 Rdw C and the bearings of wh3.cn
<br />are tiie oasis of this description) between tike Southeasterly line of Steinberger St.
<br />and the prolongation of the Northwesterly line of. Chestnut Street, the -Northerly
<br />line of said 10 foot strip being described as follows:

<br />13E I'1' FTTR'i'�4 R RESOLVED that said. property is suitable, adaptable, necessary,
<br />and required for tie public use of said City of Redwood. City, to-uit : for the
<br />construction of an interceptor sewer in connection with the sewage treatment and
<br />disposal plant of said City and other puolic purposes. That an ease lent in all of
<br />the above described property is necessary.
<br />The City Attorney of said City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed
<br />to commence proceedings in eminent domain against the owners of said. parcels of
<br />land and of any and all interests therin or claims thereto for the condemnation
<br />thereof for to.e public use of the City of Redrood City, as aforesaid, and to
<br />obtain immediate possession and use of said property.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular
<br />meeting thereof held on the loth day of February, 1948, by the following vote:
