City Draft <br /> 6/28/13 <br /> 4.4 Developer to Obtain all Project Approvals. ....................................................29 <br /> 4.5 Developer Changes to Project PIans and Specifir.�tions During Course <br /> of Construction. The Developer sha11 have the right,during the course of <br /> canstruction of the Project,to rnake"minor f eld changes,"as approved by <br /> the City's Project Manager; provided, however, in the event that City's <br /> Project Manager fails to respond to a written request for a minor field <br /> change within twenty-four(24)hours after r�ceipt of the request, such <br /> request shall be deemed to have been appraved. "Minor field changes" <br /> sha11 be defined as those changes from the approved construction <br /> drawings,plans and specifications that have no substantiaT effect on the <br /> Project, do not reduce the c�uality of the approved Project and are made in <br /> order to expedite the work of construction in response to field conditions. <br /> Nothing contained in this Section 4.b shall be deemed to constitute a <br /> waiver of or change in a�ny Appro�als governing any such"minor field <br /> changes" or in any Approvals by any Government Agency otherwise <br /> reqUired for any such "minor f eld changes."......................................................30 <br /> 4.6 Construction of Project. .................................................................................... 30 <br /> 4.7 Compliance with Laws.
