Electronic Si�n <br /> As part of the Project, the parties may agree that tl�e Project shall include an <br /> electronic sign on the Site in the event the City Council amends its existing sign ordinance to <br /> allow such a sign. The parties intend that the sign would be used by tha City for up to twenty <br /> percent(20%} of the sign's operational time to provide government-related andlor public service <br /> rnessages. The terms and conditions regarding the installatioz� and use of the sign would be <br /> reflected in an amendment to the DDA. <br /> II. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CITY <br /> A.
