Th�is also includes the necessary smoke evacuation or control systems <br /> design criteria. <br /> • Fire sprinkler, fire pump,back-up water supply, standpipes, and fire alarm plan review. <br /> � Fire Departrnent site inspections for the fire sprinkler system, standpipes, fire pump, <br /> water supply, fzre alaam, and smoke evacuatian or control systems. <br /> • Fina1 inspection for exiting, evacuation plans, and radio testing. <br /> • Buiiding plan check <br /> + Building permit, including any specific system permits, such as plumbing, mechanical, <br /> electrical. <br /> D. Public Im rovements <br /> As part of the development of the Project, the Developer shaIl be responsible for <br /> constructing the following public improvements for a11 frontage abutting or adjoining the Site: <br /> • New sidewalk, curb, gutter <br /> • Catch basins and drainage inlets due to reconfigured roadway, sidewalk/curb/gutter work <br /> • Landscaping, stxeet trees <br /> • Street lights <br /> � Pedestrian lights <br /> � Water service (domestic, irrigation, fire, &recycled water) <br /> • Sewer service <br /> • Traffic signal improvements necessitated by the project (if and as required as part of a <br /> Project Approval) <br /> Developer may, at its option and subject to the requirements of the Parking Covenant, <br /> provide for valet parking as part of the operation of the parking garage for the Project. <br /> E. Parkin�Obli�ations <br /> The parking obligations to be maintained on the Site are set forth in the Parking Covenant <br /> and Agreement, attached to the DDA as Attachment I. <br /> F. Developer Pubiic Benefit Contribution for Denot Circle Improvements <br /> A portion of the Site lies adjacent to the Caltrain Station and property owned by <br /> the City. The City is in the process of planning for the development of its property, which is <br /> proposed to be a significant unifying urban �andmark tI�at wi11 transforxn the area into a focal <br /> point and create a grand and welcoming entrance to the City�or train passengers.
