The Pla�ning Cammission concurs with the HRAC's April 12, 2012 recommendation, and recomme�ds that the DPR rating of the three separate resou�ces related to the Ampex campus: the Ampex sign, Warnecke plaza and fountain and 425 Broadway b�ailding, be rev+sed to status Code 5 such that these resources are recognized as historically significant to Redwaod City and, consistent with the DEIR Section 14.9, that the removal of #hese resourcES would constitute a significant unavaidable impact.
