Consultan# (though subconsultant BAE) will work with the Finance <br /> Department to ensure that estimates of tax re�enues, fees, and municipal service costs <br /> fit Redwood City's fiscal policies. <br /> 4.7 Alternatives Community Workshop <br /> The three alternatives will be presented to the public in a community workshop. The <br /> format is anticipated to include a PowerPoint presentation discussing the site analysis <br /> and appartunities and constraints analysis; summaries of the economics, circulation and <br /> infrastructu�e technical memaranda; examp�es of ather waterfronts; and overview of the <br /> three alterna#i�es. Following the PowerPoint presentation, commur�ity members may <br /> form breakout groups for individual graup re�iews of tt�e alternatives followed by a <br /> report back by each table. Following the report back, consultant and city staff will <br /> pro�ide a summary of the key findings ar�d recommendatfons.
