Specific Plan for APN 052-353-290, 1101 El Camino Real, Redwood City (DAVIES PROPERTY) (1401-06,1401-20) REPORT: Redevelopment Agency Executive Director, October 25, 1993 Redevelopment Agency Executive Director Church presented the staff report. Mr. Church summarized the August 16, 1993 Redevelopment Agency Meeting discussions wherein the owners and leaseholders of the subject site were asked what they were willing to do to improve the appearance of the property and make it more compatible with Sequoia Station. Mr. Church described the options listed in the staff report, the importance of relocation efforts and the goals of a Specific Plan which merely start the - process that would ultimately have to be approved by the Agency Board before any action is taken.
