• Emergency response or evacuation plan areas <br /> g) Consultant will prepare the Hazards and Hazardous Materials baseline study <br /> report based on the above information provided to consultant. <br /> Task 5: Biological Resources and Jurisdictional Constraints <br /> Consultant will prepare a report that: <br /> a) Summarizes existing conditions data based on reconnaissance level direct <br /> observation and use of air photo maps and existing information 'including federal <br /> and state databases. <br /> b} Based on field observations and use of air photo resources, defines potential <br /> jurisdictional areas that may include wetlands and waters, any critical habitat or <br /> core recovery areas. Consultant will note and map any sensitive habitats <br /> including riparian areas, seasonal wetlands, and special aquatic sites observed. <br /> c) Prepares a brief text summary of agency pertinent to biological resources, its <br /> mandate and source of its authority, the regulatory process typically utilized, <br /> typical timeline and level of effort anticipated should permits be required, and the <br /> standards of performance applicants are held to including mitigation ratios and <br /> monitoring requirements. The following agencies are likely to be included in this <br /> summary: <br /> * U.S. Army Corps of Engineers <br /> • Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> • U.S. Fish and Wildlife <br /> • NOAA/Fisheries <br /> + California Department of Fish and Game <br /> The jurisdictional constraints mapping prepared by Consultant will not be <br /> presented at a protocol level of detail, such as what would be needed to apply for <br /> regulatory permits. <br /> Task 6: Noise and Vibration <br /> Consultant will prepare a report that: <br /> a) Employs a combination of long- and short-term noise monitoring to establish <br /> noise levels generated by existing noise producing land uses, such as the <br /> REV:08-13-13 VR <br /> Page 14 of 18 <br /> ATTYlAGR2013.0119/ESA1Draft Baseline Study Reports <br />
