�� � <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> Task A: Modified IHSP Maximum Theoretical Buildout <br /> Additional work is required to update transportation work to reflect modi�cations to the IHSP <br /> Maximum Theoretical Buildout(MTB) scenario, the CEQA Proposed Project to be analyzed in <br /> the EIR. Sub consultant Fehr & Peers Transportation would primarily conduet the additionai <br /> work. <br /> a) Update the travel demand forecasts for the Proposed Project (Maximum Buildout <br /> scenario)to reflect the revised project. <br /> b) Prepare new trip generation, distribution, and assignment forecasts using the same <br /> methods presented in in the lnner Harbor Specific Plan: Draft EIR Travel Demand <br /> Forecasts (9125/2014). <br /> c) Update the traffic operations analysis for Existing Plus Project Conditions and <br /> Cumulative No Project Conditions incorporating the revised vehicle trip assignment. <br /> The revised traffic operations analysis will include AM and PM peak hour levels of <br /> service for the study intersections (Synchro and SimTraffic models) and freeway <br /> segments consistent with the IHSP ADEIR submitted in January 2015. <br /> d) Prepare the Screencheck DEIR transportation section wifh the results of the revised <br /> project description including the travel demand forecasts and revised impact analyses. <br /> The 5creencheck DEIR transportation section will also incorporate revisions based on <br /> comments received from ESA and Redwood City staff on the January 2015 ADEIR <br /> draft section, as described in the original scope of work. <br /> Additional limited effort is attributable to ESA's work with the City to develop the modified MTB <br /> and coordinate those revisions and implications with Fehr& Peers. <br /> Cost Summary Task A <br /> The total cost of the additional services described for "Modified IHSP MTB" is $8,590, as <br /> summarized below. <br /> MODIFIED IHSP MTB <br /> Actual/Estimated Labor Hours Total Cost <br /> ESA (Task 2) 6 $1,290 <br /> Fehr&Peers $7,300 <br /> Total a8,S90 <br /> REV:06-15-15 VR <br /> Page 3 of 18 <br /> ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 2/ESA Inner Harbor EIR Amendment No.2 <br />
