Based an the c�iscussion at the May 31,2012 meeting and our <br /> re�ew af the EIIZ, specifically the Trarfsportation, Circulation and ParI�ing chapter, we are <br /> providing the following comments in response to the significant and unavoidablc impacts an <br /> US-101, ic�entified as Impacts 7-11 and 7-�9 in the EIR: <br /> . Considcr requiring developers ta contribute additionaI funds ta the City's Trat�ic Impact <br /> Fee ('TTF}, to be reserved specificaliy for the future Woodside/LTS 101 Interchange <br /> improvement project as�he izaterchange is an integral part of US-101; <br /> . Consider mitigating potential itnpacts to ot�er paral�el an�co�ecting streets and <br /> intersections autside the i�nmediate v'rcinity a�#he development area that have n.at yet <br /> been identified but which rnay be directly impacted by increased traf�c as a result of <br /> motorist talcing alternate routes due to increased congestion an US-I01; <br /> • Consider working with the developers on reducing the avai�ability ofparking and a�so <br /> develap a monitoring program far parking facilities irnplemented as part of the�rajects; <br /> and <br /> .
