Resolution No. 13-19 recommending that the City Council approve the Stanford <br /> in Redwood City Precise Plan, based on the findings set forth in the Resolution <br /> and subject to the guidelines, policies and standards of the Precise Plan and <br /> Mitigation, Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) provided therein. <br /> 5.
