analysis is required and there is no need to recirculate a revised EIR 7.A. - Page 255 <br /> information. <br /> On May 31, 2012, the City's planning and traffic engineering staff inet with C/CAG to <br /> ask for C/CAG's recommendations regarding the identified significant unavoidable <br /> Woodside Road intersection impacts (Draft EIR impacts andmitigations 7-1, 7-2, 7-5 7- <br /> 6, 7-12, 7-13, 7-14) and US 101 freeway ramp (Draft EIR impacts andmitigations 7-11 <br /> and 7-19) impacts caused by the Project as identified in the Stanford Draft EIR. On <br /> June 5, 2012, after the close of the 45 day Draft EIR public review period, staff received <br /> a letter from C/CAG (Attachment 7). Staff's response to C/CAG's input illustrates that <br /> C/CAG's concerns have generally already been addressed and/or mitigated in the EIR <br /> and/or Precise Plan, as described in more detail in Attachment 8. <br /> In August 2013, the City prepared Revisions to the Final Environmental Impact Report <br /> (Attachment 9) to provide further clarification. <br /> Public Notification <br /> The hearing notice, Final EIR and Final Precise Plan were made available to the public <br /> 10 days prior to the August 20, 2013 Planning Commission hearing. The notice was <br /> published in the Redwood City Daily News, posted on the City's website, mailed to <br /> OPR, responsible agencies, all parties that provided written responses to the Draft EIR, <br /> interested individuals and an expanded list of property owners and tenants within: a 300 <br /> foot radius of the site; the entire Friendly Acres neighborhood; residential properties <br /> within Redwood Village and bordering 5t" Avenue; Neighborhood Associations of <br /> Friendly Acres, Redwood Village and North Fair Oaks. <br /> Future Steps <br /> Assuming the Planning Commission takes action at this meeting, it is anticipated that, <br /> the City Council will hold a public hearing in September 2013 to consider certification of <br /> Final EIR and approval of the Zoning Map Amendment, Precise Plan, Zoning Text <br /> Amendment and DA. <br /> ALTERNATIVES <br /> 1. Do not recommend certification of the Final EIR and approval of the Project <br /> proposed Zoning Map Amendment, Precise Plan, Zoning Text Amendments and <br /> Development Agreement. <br /> 2. Recommend certification of the Final EIR and approval of one of the EIR Project <br /> Alternatives, with any corresponding revisions to the Project's proposed Zoning <br /> Map Amendment, Precise Plan, Zoning Text Amendment and Development <br /> Agreement <br /> 3. Recommend certification of the Final EIR and the Project's proposed Zoning Map <br /> Amendment, Precise Plan, Zoning Text Amendment and Development <br /> Agreement with revised conditions of approval, such as terms of the <br /> Development Agreement. <br />
