6.1.E. - Page 4 b. Expansion Term. LICENSEE shall have the right to use the Expansion Space for three (3) months ("Expansion Term") commencing on the Amendment Commencement Date and ending on the Amendment Expiration Date. The "Amendment Commencement Date" shall be September 1 , 2013 and the "Amendment Expiration Date" shall be December 1 , 2013 . From and after the Amendment Commencement Date, Tenant shall observe and perform with respect to the Expansion Space all obligations of LICENSEE under the License Agreement, as amended by this Amendment No. 1, subject to the following: (i) LICENSEE may enter upon and use the Expansion Space solely for storage of up to six (6) construction trailers supporting construction of the Kaiser Project during the Expansion Term ("Expansion Space Activities"). LICENSEE shall not use the Expansion Space for any other purpose, and shall not conduct any construction activities on or within the Expansion Space. (ii) LICENSEE shall not make any alterations, additions, improvements or other changes (collectively referred to as "Alterations") on or with respect to the Expansion Space. 2. Capitalized Terms. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the License Agreement. 3. License in Effect. CITY and LICENSEE acknowledge and agree that the License Agreement, except as amended by this Amendment No. 1, remains in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
