<br /> - ~ - , --- - -- <br /> REPORT: Redevelopment Agency Execut ive Di rector, February 14, 1994 <br /> Management Analyst Svoboda presented the staff report. <br /> Director Greenalch, a Canada College instructor, announced that coOl11encing <br /> March 1, 1994, he would be a member of the Canada College Economic <br /> Development Comittee and would refrain from participation in discussion <br /> and voting regarding the Redwood City Economic Development Strategies to <br /> avoid any perception of a conflict of interest. <br /> Director Claire, a Canada College instructor, advised that he would <br /> probably be faced with the same possible conflict of interest some time in <br /> the future. <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> CONSENSUS: At 11:13 P.M., it was determined by Chairwoman Buchan to be the <br /> consensus of the Redevelopment Agency to continue the meeting for five more <br /> mi nutes. <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> In response to Director Greenalch's questions, Redevelopment Agency <br /> Attorney Schricker advised that he and Director Greenalch should discuss <br /> this issue after Director Greenalch knows what specific activities he will <br /> be assigned as a member of the Economic Development CoOl11ittee of Canada <br /> College.
