RESOLUTION NO. P-2211 <br /> (F-Dock Project) <br /> RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING CONSIDERATION PURSUANT TO THE <br /> CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT OF THE PROPOSED <br /> MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND INITIAL STUDY FOR THE NEW <br /> WORK DREDGING F-DOCK PROJECT LOCATED AT THE PORT OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, IN THE COUNTY OF SAN <br /> MATEO; MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS PERTAINING TO A CERTAIN <br /> PROJECT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH; APPROVING THE MITIGATED <br /> NEGATIVE DECLARATION TO ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS FOR SAID <br /> PROJECT; APPROVING THE PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING <br /> OF A NOTICE OF DETERMINATION AND THE PAYMENT OF <br /> EXPENDITURES, FEES AND COSTS RELATED THERETO - PUBLIC <br /> HEARING <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the California Environmental <br /> Quality Act ("CEQA"; Pub. Resources Code §21000, et seq. and 14 Cal. Regs. <br /> 15000 et seq.), the City of Redwood City, by and through its Board of Port <br /> Commissioners (the "Port") undertook the preparation of an Initial Study and <br /> prepared a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the New Work Dredging at F-Dock <br /> (the "Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed project will be located at the Port of Redwood <br /> City, Redwood Creek at F-Dock, located next to the Seaport Conference Center <br /> at 459 Seaport Court, Redwood City, CA 94063; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Port is the lead agency for the CEQA decision for the <br /> Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Port has conducted an Initial Study to examine potential <br /> impacts of the Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Site is not located on a site listed by the Department of <br /> Toxic Substances Control; and <br /> - 1 - <br /> Reso 119 F-Dock <br /> 09/06/13 s���ed <br />
