r <br /> WHEREAS, a more compiete description of the proposed Project can be <br /> , <br /> found in the Initial Study, the Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative <br /> Declaration, the Mitigated Negative Declaration and supporting documents <br /> located at the address set forth below; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration <br /> describe and analyze the Project, the impact on the environment and measures <br /> related thereto; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board desires to adopt the Mitigated Negative <br /> Declaration for purposes of compliance with CEQA and the State CEQA <br /> Guidelines. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF THE PORT OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration and the <br /> Mitigated Negative Declaration and other documents required by law were <br /> mailed to all organizations and individuals who had previously requested <br /> notice and the Notice of Intent and other required documents were duly <br /> published and duly mailed (Declarations; F-Dock; CEQA File "F-Dock"). <br /> 3.
