APPENDIX A: MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PLAN <br />Mltlgatlon Measure <br />Mitigation Measure Biology -15: The CC&Rs for the project site shall include <br />provisions for the maintenance and protection of all trees within the project <br />area. These provisions shall include the protection of significant tree resources <br />in the project area both during and after all construction activities. The plan <br />shall, at a minimum, include that all existing trees with a trunk diameter of 12 <br />inches or more, and all replacement trees, be inspected for hazard potential <br />and maintenance by a certified arborist, registered consulting arborist, or a <br />registered professional forester once every two years. <br />Mitigation Measure Biology -16: The applicant shall add provisions within the <br />CC&Rs for the replacement of trees, vegetation, and/or landscaping if said <br />elements fail to survive.
