The firm of RMT, inc. authored the DEiR in consultation with the City staff and
consultant planners and all applicable Responsible and Trustee Agencies whose
approval is required for the project.
Community Workshop
On October 30, 2007, the Planning Commission held a workshop for the project. The
workshop provided the community with an opportunity to provide verbal and written
input regarding environmental issues to be examined in the EIR.
Study Session
On June 3, 2008, the Planning Commission held a Study Session for the project. The
meeting provided an opportunity for Planning Commissioners and the public to provide
input and focus for the EIR.
A Notice of Preparation (NOP) for the EiR was circulated to all Responsible and Trustee
Agencies, as well as all property owners and residents within a 300 foot radius of the
project site, and a scoping meeting was held by the Planning Commission on February
3, 2009.
