Prepare Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br />Consultant will update the Addendum No. 2 Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting <br />Program (MMRP) to incorporate the project changes and Revised Addendum findings. <br />An electronic version of the MMRP will be provided to City staff. <br />PROPOSED SCHEDULE AND WORK PRODUCTS <br />Administrative Draft Revised Addendum No. 2 will be submitted to City staff <br />approximately four (4) weeks from City authorization to proceed. This assumes that no <br />project changes will be made after the date of City authorization. The schedule also <br />must be compatible with the public workshop dates (to be determined), and the results <br />of the workshops might affect the schedule. <br />Product/Milestone <br />1. Mitigation Monitoring and 1 MS Word file Week 11 <br />Reporting Program <br />ESTIMATED BUDGET AND COMPENSATION <br />The estimated contract fee for professional labor and miscellaneous costs to complete <br />the work scope described above totals $37,542 (this takes into account the remaining <br />$818 in Consultant's current budget).
