7. 1. D. - Page 6 The Administrative Draft Revised Addendum will contain only the information necessary to make the 2003 EIR adequate for the project as revised, so that the reader can clearly identify new information; the Revised Addendum will not be redundant. For the Revised Addendum, Consultant will replace all project plan graphics in the previous Addendum with the most current corresponding project plans supplied by the applicant. Please note that the applicant has not revised the Shade Analysis diagrams (Plan Sheets A-12.1 and A-12.2, which are dated Sept. 20, 2012). Because the project site plan has changed (although slightly), Consultant's suggest that the applicant prepare revised Shade Analysis diagrams for consistency with the most recent site plan. Although not anticipated, if the CEQA evaluation reveals a new significant environmental impact or a substantial increase in the severity of a previously identified significant impact, or if a new mitigation measure is required which is considerably different from those identified in the 2003 EIR, Consultant will inform the City immediately to discuss how to proceed (e.g., Addendum with further project modifications, Mitigated Negative Declaration, Supplemental EIR). Ten (10) copies plus an electronic copy of the Administrative Draft will be provided to City staff. Task 3. Prepare Screencheck EIR Revised Addendum No. 2 The foundation for Task 3 was already established during preparation of previous Addendum No. 2. Consultant will prepare a Screencheck Revised Addendum based on: (1) City staff concurrence that the Administrative Draft findings are consistent with CEQA Guidelines section 15164 (Addendum to an EIR or Negative Declaration)--i.e., an Addendum does represent the proper CEQA approach; and (2) comments from City staff on the Administrative Draft. Prior to publication, an electronic version of the Screencheck will be provided to City staff for final review and approval. Task 4. Prepare Published EIR Revised Addendum No. 2 Based on City staff comments/approval of the Screencheck, Consultant will make necessary final revisions to complete the Revised Addendum, and thirty (30) copies plus an electronic version of the published Revised Addendum will be delivered to the City. Task 5. Attend Workshops, Meetings, and Hearings Consultant will attend up to: (a) two (2) public workshops, (b) two (2) meetings with City staff to discuss the Revised Addendum, and (c) four (4) Planning Commission and/or City Council hearings. At the workshops and hearings, Consultant will assist City staff in presenting the Revised Addendum and answering questions.
