The risks of erosion, flooding, <br />etc. have not been adequately addressed but put off for ftuther consideration and are tlxmfore <br />not apart of the E R. Absent this information, the Commissian cannot pmpmiy coneludo that no <br />significant environmental impact will occur. <br />For these reasons, we request the Council overturn the COrJ MiNiOWS action certifying the ER <br />and the anderlying fmdings.
