Although an extensive survey was conducted of other Peninsula jurisdictions <br />to compare the allowable residence sixes, the fbrmula idiot was developed by the consultant tears was <br />not taken directly from any one jurisdiction. The maximum house size ftwula was developed by using <br />a formula similar to the hillside communities of saratoga and Los Gatos For calmlating net lot size.
