The partion of said facilities to be so maintained and <br /> operated are more particularly shown on said Exhibit "B" . The <br /> remaining portion thereof shall be maintained and operated by City and <br /> are more particularly shown on said Exhibit "B" . <br /> III . CITY COOPERATION. It is hereby agreed by and between City <br /> and County that City shall and it does hereby consent and agree that <br /> County may construct certain of said sanitary sewer facilities within <br /> City's territorial limits; that County may reconstruct and/or relocate <br /> City's sewer and water facilities, where necessary, to complete <br /> County' s project; that County may construct said facilities in City's <br /> streets and other public rights of way, where necessary; that City <br /> will cooperate with County, if necessary, in securing any necessary ' <br /> easements or other rights of way within the territorial limits of <br /> City, where required, for the completion of County' s project, <br /> including the exercise of its power of eminent domain, if requested by <br /> County; that County is hereby authorized to connect said facilities to <br /> be constructed to City's facilities at the points shown on said <br /> Exhibit "B" ; and that County shall pay any and all costs to be <br /> incurred in connection with any of the above. <br /> IV. CONNECTION FEES. County shall pay to City a one time <br /> connection fee for rights to connect said facilities to the facilities <br /> of City at the various locations as shown on said Exhibit "B" . Said <br /> � one time connection fee to be paid by County to City sh�all be in the <br /> amount of $550 for each residence or other structure existing as of <br /> June 30, 1983, within the boundaries of said Emerald Lake Hi11s <br /> � Wastewater Management Project Assessment District.
