The <br /> connection fee so to be paid shall be $550 for each residence or other <br /> structure or that established by City and in effect at the time of <br /> connection of such premises to the sanitary sewer facilities for the <br /> classification of use within City' s territorial limits receiving the <br /> same type of sewage disposal services from City, whichever amount is <br /> greater . <br /> Said connection fee shall be paid in advance of connection <br /> of the premises to Emerald Lake Heights and City' s sanitary sewer <br /> facilities. <br /> V. OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND TREATMENT. <br /> Upon connection of said facilities to City' s facilities, Emerald Lake <br /> Heights shall pay to City a sewer service charge at the same rate for <br />`- each premise connected to the sewer system as that rate established or <br /> to be established by City for each classification of use within its <br /> territorial limits receiving the same type of sewage disposal service <br /> from City. The rate paid per connection by Emerald Lake Heights shall <br /> be considered as full compensation for the operation, maintenance, <br /> capital improvements and treatment costs for sewage em�nating <br /> therefrom and collected and transported through City facilities to the <br /> Authority' s treatment plant and shall be paid as follows: <br /> 1 . Emerald Lake Heights shall make payment to City <br /> quarterly on the first days of January, April, July and October <br /> of each year during the term hereof. <br /> �2. Payment for each month period shall be based upon <br /> the number of premises connected to the sewer system at the end <br /> of such period and at the rate or rates hereinabove specified. <br /> 3. To assist Emerald Lake Heights in preparing its budget, <br /> not later than April first in each year during the term hereaf, <br /> City shall advise District ' s Engineer of the estimated sewerage <br /> Page 6 of 9 pages <br /> _ _ .� , , _, <br />
