DETERMINATION OF FLOW, <br /> 1 . County shall install at County' s expense a metering <br /> vault and flume on the sewer main within. Cordilleras Road, <br /> westerly of Canyon Road. Said installation shall be done in <br /> conjunction with the installation of the sewer mains wit'hin <br /> District as indicated in said Exhibit "B" . Metering and <br /> recording devices need not be installed at the time of <br /> installation of said vault and flume, provided, that said <br /> metering equipment shall be installed within two (2) years of <br /> the date of execution of this agreement or at the time of <br /> � connection of two hundred (200) residences or other structures <br /> to the District 's new sewerage collection system, whichever <br /> should first occur. <br /> 2. Upon the installation of said metering equipment, the <br /> measurements shall be taken twice a year and the results of <br /> said measuresments reported to City at the time of payment of <br /> operation and maintenance costs as herein provided. <br /> 3. City shall. calculate or obtain measurements of domestic <br /> water consumption of non-residential properties within project <br /> area and Emerald Lake Heights shall have the right to review <br /> said water consumption records upon request. <br /> � VII . INFILTRATION AND INFLOW. The parties hereto agree that no <br /> storm water sewer connections shall be permitted to their respective <br /> Sanitary sewerage facilities systems and shall make every effort to <br /> minimize and control any such infiltration and inflow. <br /> VIII . HOLD HARMLESS.
