PUBLIC COMMENT - on items not on the Agenda <br /> A. Joe Steinfeld, 850 Main Street, candidate for Council, commented on the Agency <br /> Board's action on October 3 regarding the MainlMiddlefield mixed use development and <br /> retail in general in the downtown area.
