PUBLIC COMMENT - on items not on the Agenda A. Joe Steinfeld, 850 Main Street, reviewed the Sequoia Station Project discussion during the December 5, 1994, Joint Redevelopment Study Session and asked what public benefit did the project serve. Mr. Steinfeld stated the Redevelopment Agency was costing $2,000,000 per year, and asked the Agency Board to look into its operating costs and disclose financial data to the public. Mr. Steinfeld asked the Agency Board to review the costs of the Whipple/Warren affordable housing project before committing to the next housing project. Mr. Steinfeld distributed copies of a column ttom the San Mateo Times describing how difficult it was to get rid of ineffective government programs. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Director Steinfeld requested that the comments of Tim Kelley, Keyser Marston Consultant, regarding the financing of the Sequoia Station Project be added to the December 5,1994, Redevelopment Agency Study Session Minutes.
