PUBLIC COMMENT - on items not on the Agenda <br /> A. Joe Steinfeld, 850 Main Street, reviewed the Sequoia Station Project discussion during the <br /> December 5, 1994, Joint Redevelopment Study Session and asked what public benefit did <br /> the project serve. Mr. Steinfeld stated the Redevelopment Agency was costing $2,000,000 <br /> per year, and asked the Agency Board to look into its operating costs and disclose financial <br /> data to the public. Mr. Steinfeld asked the Agency Board to review the costs of the <br /> Whipple/Warren affordable housing project before committing to the next housing project. <br /> Mr. Steinfeld distributed copies of a column ttom the San Mateo Times describing how <br /> difficult it was to get rid of ineffective government programs. <br /> --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Director Steinfeld requested that the comments of Tim Kelley, Keyser Marston Consultant, <br /> regarding the financing of the Sequoia Station Project be added to the December 5,1994, <br /> Redevelopment Agency Study Session Minutes.
