7.1.D. - Page 55 <br /> ❑ Prepare Utility Information Sheet (Caltrans Exhibit 4-ex-5) <br /> ❑ Assure that necessary utility impacts caused by the proposed construction have been <br /> addressed. <br /> ❑ Prepare input on utility agreements. <br /> ❑ Develop utility plans (U- drawings) that indicate utilities to be relocated and utility envelope <br /> plans. <br /> CONSULTANT will identify and propose final locations of all utilities that are affected by the <br /> Project, such as water, sewer, gas, electric, cable TV, and telephone. TA will prepare the utility <br /> agreements and will provide utility coordination services. <br /> Task 8.2 -Exceptions to Encroachment Policy <br /> CONSULTANT will identify realistic utility relocation options and associated capital costs. <br /> CONSULTANT will then coordinate with Caltrans, utility companies and other affected <br /> stakeholders to investigate alternatives to specific utility relocations. If tentative agreement is <br /> reached on maintaining specific utilities within state right of way, a draft exception to <br /> longitudinal encroachment of that facility will be prepared and processed through Caltrans. <br /> CONSULTANT will maintain a log of all correspondence for this study. <br /> Task 8 -Deliverables <br /> ❑ Utility Requirements Mapping <br /> ❑ Utility Plans <br /> ■ Exceptions to Longitudinal Encroachments of Utilities Memorandum <br /> Task 9 -Right of Way Services <br /> Task 9.1 -Right-of-Way Requirements <br /> CONSULTANT will prepare right-of-way requirements maps identifying those parcels (up to <br /> 25) that will be impacted by the build alternatives (up to two). The approximate dimensions and <br /> areas of parcels and/or easements to be acquired will be calculated. This information will be <br /> documented in a database including ownership information, land use, R/W capital improvements <br /> (e.g. driveway, fence improvements) in compliance with Caltrans Exhibit 4-ex-02w.
