7.1.D. - Page 54 <br /> Subtask 7.1.2 -Second Draft Project Report <br /> Based on Caltrans and local agency comments, a second Draft Project Report will be prepared. It <br /> is assumed that Caltrans will provide a final review. <br /> Subtask 7.1.3-Draft Project Report Approval <br /> Caltrans comments will be addressed and the DPR will be finalized and submitted for approval. <br /> Task 7.2 -Prepare Final Project Report <br /> The DPR is revised following circulation of the DED, consideration of public comments, and the <br /> selection of the Preferred Alternative. The Final Environmental Document (FED) is then <br /> approved by Caltrans to reach environmental clearance. At which point, Caltrans would approve <br /> the Project Report. <br /> Subtask 7.2.1 -First Project Report <br /> The DPR is revised following circulation of the DED, consideration of public comments, and the <br /> selection of the Preferred Alternative. First submittal of the PR is prepared incorporating <br /> comment responses and revisions to the document in response to comments. <br /> Subtask 7.2.2 -Second Project Report <br /> Comments are received from Caltrans and other agencies and incorporated into the PR, which is <br /> then submitted for final review. <br /> Subtask 7.2.3 -Project Report Approval <br /> Comments are received from Caltrans and other agencies and incorporated into the PR, which is <br /> then submitted to Caltrans for approval. <br /> Task 7 -Deliverables <br /> ❑ Draft Project Report (lst Admin Draft, 2nd Admin Draft, and Public Circulation Draft) <br /> ❑ Final Project Report(lst Admin Final, 2nd Admin Final and Final) <br /> Task 8 -Assess Utility Impacts <br /> Task 81 -Utility Coordination <br /> CONSULTANT will develop accurate existing utility mapping for the project area, locating <br /> utilities that potentially conflict with the proposed improvements, and developing relocation <br /> plans for conflicting utilities will be a critical task during project development.
