If files are <br /> converted, the conversions will be performed to the satisfaction of CITY's requirements. <br /> Assumptions <br /> This scope of services is limited by the following assumptions and as may be noted elsewhere. <br /> General <br /> ■ The CITY will be the lead agency for this contract with oversight by Caltrans and SMCTA. <br /> ■ PA/ED will be prepared in accordance with Caltrans procedures and standards. <br /> ■ All design work will conform to Caltrans standards, guidelines, manuals and policies in <br /> effect as of the date of the Notice to Proceed for the work. <br /> ■ All work will conform to applicable federal, state, and local codes and other regulatory <br /> requirements. <br /> Studv Alternatives <br /> ■ The introduction of new study alternatives after environmental technical studies are complete <br /> is not included in the scope of services. <br /> ■ Airspace Study is not required. <br /> Proj ect Limits <br /> ■ The project limits will be based on the limits shown on Figure 1 Site Map. <br /> Ma�� <br /> ■ Aerial topographic mapping within the project limits described above will be prepared by <br /> CONSULTANT (Figure 1 Site Map).
