Its population is <br /> approximately 100,000, and it is an educational magnet around the western part of <br /> Mexico. <br /> The fact that government of Jalisco took the first step in approaching Director Guerrero <br /> and RCI speaks greatly to their interest, desire, and initiative to partner with Redwood <br /> City. Through this organization Jalisco wants to work in, and with, Redwood City, and <br /> has already begun fund raising activities in the community toward its goal of opening a <br /> cultural center here.
