(Less Than Significant Impact)
Redevelopment of the site would require that the site be landscaped and that the architecture of the
buildings comply with the City's zoning ordinance. Lighting on the project site would comply with
the City's zoning ordinance (i.e., low mounted and downward casting to reduce trespass light onto
adjacent properties) and would be comparable in brightness to the ambient lighting in the adjacent
neighborhood. Compliance to the City's zoning ordinance would maintain the visual character and
quality of the site and its surroundings and would minimize light and glare from the project. (Less
Than Significant Impact)
4.1.3 Conclusion
The project would have a less than significant impact on the visual character of the project area; it
would not create significant additional sources of light or glare, and it would not impact any
designated scenic resources.
