� <br /> Meetings for 2013-14 are: <br /> Redwood City Public Library, Community Room <br /> • August 14, 2013 (Joint Policy Meeting) <br /> • October 8, 2013 <br /> • February 12, 2014 <br /> • April 9, 2014 <br /> • June 11, 2014 <br /> RC 2020 Cabinet <br /> Role: Oversees operational coordination of RC 2020 initiatives by providing supervision <br /> and direction to the executive director, reviewing program data and making <br /> recommendations to the Coordinating Council regarding policy, program and resource <br /> issues, identifying problems and developing suggestions for solutions, building and <br /> maintaining collaborative relationships, assisting with development and monitoring of <br /> resources, and promoting integration of efforts. <br /> Membership: Each RC 2020 partner organization (one that contributes at least <br /> $25,000/year to support the collaborative) is entitled to membership in the Cabinet. <br /> Typically, the member will be the chief executive officer of the organization or serve at <br /> the senior management level. <br /> Structure: The Cabinet will annually select from its membership a Chair, who will be <br /> responsible for leading the meetings of the Cabinet, serving as liaison with the <br /> Coordinating Council, and working with the executive director to develop meeting <br /> agendas. This position will rotate among partner organizations. The Cabinet will <br /> appoint a Personnel Subcommittee, which includes the current chair, to provide support <br /> and supervision for the RC 2020 executive director. <br /> Meetings: The Cabinet will meet 6 times during the year, on the fourth Wednesday of <br /> January, March, May, August, September, and November, from 9:00-10:30 AM at City <br /> Hall in Redwood City. <br /> Meetings for 2013-14 are: <br /> Redwood City, City Hall Conference Room 2B <br /> • August 14, 2013 (Joint Policy Mtg.)
