90% Design PS&E <br /> The design team will review the 65% design documents and make revisions based on <br /> comments from and discussions with the City. Our budget assumes there are no layout <br /> changes or scoping changes after the 65% submittal. The plans, specifications and estimates <br /> will be advanced to the 90% completion level. Bellecci will verify that construction costs are <br /> within the City's project budget and coordinate with City staff to review the 90% design <br /> documents. If requested by the City, Consultant shall be available to meet to discuss and <br /> review comments.
