�, <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> This Amendment revises the scope and fee of the agreement as follows. <br /> Task 5 - 90% Design PS8�E <br /> c. Provide plan for temporary school drop-off and parking during construction. <br /> Coordinate with Hoover School Principal and School District facilities representative <br /> for development and implementation of the plan. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> Four (4) hardcopy sets of 90% and PDFs of the temporary school drop-off and <br /> parking plan. <br /> Task 6— 100% Design PS8�E <br /> e. Construction Support Services <br /> Work includes: <br /> a. Bid support <br /> b. Organize, conduct, and document pre-construction meeting, <br /> c. Respond to requests for information, <br /> d. Review and app�ove submittals, <br /> e. Complete minor design changes and issuing addenda as required to <br /> communicate changes to the contractor, and <br /> f. Conduct and document field meetings. <br /> f. Construction Inspection <br /> Consultant shall perform construction observation and inspection services on behalf <br /> of the City, including: <br /> a. Inspection—ensure that the construction work complies with the project <br /> specifications and that the work is completed in a timely fashion and within <br /> schedule. <br /> b. Construction coordination -conduct regular meetings with the contractor to <br /> discuss job-site issues and coordination of the work. <br /> c. Coordination of materials testing with City's contractor. <br /> g. Construction Management <br /> Services provided by Consultant are as follows: <br /> a. Prepare and deliver to City's project manager the contractor's weekly Working <br /> Day Reports. <br /> b. Conduct regular meetings with the contractor to discuss job-site issues and <br /> coordination of the work. Obtain from the contractor and provide to City's project <br /> manager updated vrork schedules on a bi-weekly basis. <br /> c. Provide a high level of communication with the City's project manager by keeping <br /> her apprised of any potential problems and conditions which could result in <br /> delays and/or contractor change order requests. <br /> d.
