Ensure construction contractor communicates with affected r,esidences and <br /> school. Meet with affected stakeholders, as required, to ensure positive public <br /> relations during construction of the project. <br /> g. Obtain documentation from contractor, such as weight slips and sales tickets, to <br /> verify quantities and labor and equipment used on the project site. <br /> h. Complete labor interviews. <br /> i. Maintain project files and records and deliver them the City's project manager <br /> upon completion of the project. <br /> j. Review contractor progress payment requests based on a review of intermediate <br /> quantities of labor and materials expended on the job site. <br /> k. Perform a fina� review of the work with the City. Compile a punch list for the <br /> contractor. <br /> I. Review final quantities and payments and obtain redline as-built plans from the <br /> Contractor. <br /> m. Coordinate with Caltrans and prepare of the "Division of Local Assistance - After <br /> Acceptance Review Checklist." <br /> n. Complete work as needed to comply with all State and Federal contracting <br /> requirements as outlined in the Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual- <br /> Chapter 16 "Administer Construction Contracts" and in the construction contract. <br /> h. Caltrans Forms Support <br /> - a. DBE technical writer to assist with Caltrans forms. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> - Pre-construction meeting agenda and minutes <br /> - Responses to requests for information <br /> - Documentation of submittal review <br /> - Modified design drawings and construction contract addenda (as required) <br /> - Field meeting notes <br /> - Inspection logs <br /> - Working day reports (weekly during construction) <br /> - Updated work schedules <br /> - Communication log documenting public comments and responses <br /> - Documentation for materials and equipment charges from contractor <br /> - Review and draft progress payment requests from contractor <br /> - Punch list <br /> - Division of Local Assistance -After Acceptance Review Checklist <br /> - Red-line as-built drawings at the conclusion of the project <br /> ATTY/AGR/2014/AMENDMENTS/AMEND N0.1 BELLECCI&ASSOCIATES CHARTER ST.STRTS <br /> REV:07-02-14 VR <br /> Page 4 of 6 <br />
